I don't have the answers yet, but I have learned enough to be dangerous, and ask better questions..

Curious - Is American religion for you:

a. Pretty much Catholic based on recent papal press coverage?

b. Uplifting and joyous - halleleujah and all that? (Can I get a WITNESS???)

c. Open and accepting of all faiths?

d. Pagan? (Tonight we're going to sacrifice to the great Mother and do a group sex ritual...)

e. Narrow and closed, glorified and commercial, fundamentalist and extreme? (The end comes with a chip in the left hand and the number 666 - Bill Gates is the Devil, look it up - it's all in the Good Book...)

f. New Agey? (The Universe provides all that we need....)

g. Esoteric - (Have some Kabalah with your Astrology and Alchemy, please. After all, Madonna only drinks Kabalah water on her tours. She must know Something....)

h. Gnostic - (If one is open to God, one does not theoretically need a church to connect. In fact, the point of the church is to keep one from having a direct experience of God....)
